BMO Bank of Montreal

Bank of Montreal is a major bank in Canada that together with its subsidiaries is known as the BMO/BMO Financial Group. BMO Financial Group provides banking services and products to individual (personal), small business, commercial, corporate and institutional customers in North America and internationally.

It is listed on the Toronto and New York stock exchange and was established in 1817. BMO in Canada provides its services to its customers through its branch network which includes more than 900 branches across country. In addition its other channels for distribution include mobile banking, online banking (Website in English/French/Chinese), telephone banking and its automated banking machines.

For its Canadian retail customers BMO provides savings accounts and deposit products such as GICs (Guaranteed Investment Certificates). For example its savings products include chequing accounts, high Interest savings accounts and tax free savings account (TFSA). GIC products available include Cashable GICs, Non-Cashable GICs, U.S Dollar GICs and Market-Linked GICs.
